| 7. Turn off heat pumps, lights, and gas when not in use |
| 8. If whānau are wanting to use Facilities for a fund raiser for the marae. then no cost shall apply, however tangihanga and bookings take priority. (Booking as usual recomended) |

CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES
| Wharenui (sleeping area) | Stack mattresses, bag linen, vacuum, keep door closed/locked |
| Wharekai (eating area) | Return tables/chairs, mop floors |
| Kāuta (Kitchen) | Clean surfaces, remove food, mop, wipe fridge/chiller (no hose) |
| Wharepaku (toilets) | Clean toilets, showers, basins, mop floors |
End Of Stay Duties
| Rubish/ Rāpihi | Remove ALL rubbish including clothing from the marae |
| Property/Taputapu | Do NOT remove mattresses or marae items Furniture from site |
| Furniture/Tēpu/Tūru | Do not drag tables/chairs — lift only |
| Cleaning supplies/ Kū Horoi | Must provide dish liquid, disinfectant, rubbish bags, bathroom cleaner |
| Linen/Rinena | Return to Taylors Drycleaners, 339 Queen Street, Masterton |

Pricing and payment options
If you are needing to use the marae facilities for a fundraiser, for the marae then this is free of charge. However, tangihanga and bookings will take priority over any fundraisers and proof of funds raised & receipts of fundraisers purpose is required for transparency.
